Faremo 3 blocchi di lavoro con focus addome, il primo in piedi, il secondo e terzo con esercizi mirati a terra come varianti crunch e plank laterale facilitato per migliorare controllo e stabilità, terminiamo il workout con una mini sessione in piedi con movimenti dinamici.

Ottimo mini workout mirato per si allena già da tempo con il livello base e desidera passare al livello successivo.

La sessione è completa di mini riscaldamento e mini sessione di stretching finale.
