Allenamento completo con esercizi per gambe, glutei, core e schiena.
Gli esercizi di pilates presenti nell’allenamento ci permettono un lavoro efficace della muscolatura profonda.
Lo scopo di queste sessioni è quello di migliorare il controllo e la stabilità mantenendo un corpo atletico e flessibile.
Il workout inizia con una prima fase di riscaldamento e mobilizzazione in piedi, poi ci concentriamo sul lavoro per gambe e glutei.

Nel secondo blocco di allenamento scendiamo sul tappetino e ci concentriamo su glutei, addome e schiena.

Terminiamo la sessione di allenamento con una breve fase di stretching.
Questa sessione di allenamento può essere svolta come unica sessione della giornata.
