Workout a circuito con esercizi di facile esecuzione per allenare tutto il corpo.
Questo allenamento è breve ma completo, alterniamo esercizi ad alto stimolo muscolare ed esercizi cardiovascolari a bassa intensità in un circuito composto da 2 giri.

I tempi degli esercizi principali sono di 30 secondi seguiti da recuperi attivi con esercizi a bassa intensità da 20 secondi oppure con brevi pause di recupero.

Questo allenamento è ottimo per migliorare la tecnica sugli esercizi di base come squat, affondi e plank.

L’allenamento è completo di riscaldamento e stretching.
