Attenzione: Questo workout richiede un buon livello di allenamento, l’intensità e l’impegno muscolare richiesto sono elevati.

Di questo workout abbiamo creato 2 versioni, in ordine di difficoltà e questa è la più impegnatia!

In questa versione faremo 2 giri con esercizi brucia grassi con tempi 30:10, una sessione in sprint con tempi 30:15 e una sessione in combo veloce senza pause con 15 secondi ad esercizio.

Consigliamo di utilizzare questo workout come unico allenamento della giornata, senza aggiungere altri allenamenti.

Il workout è completo di riscaldamento e defaticamento.
