Un workout impegnativo per tonificare gambe e glutei con esercizi a corpo libero senza salti.

Questa è la versione di livello avanzato di questa serie di workout, la più impegnativa è la versione “resistance” da 29 minuti.

Il workout è un circuito in interval training con esercizi per gambe e glutei, alterniamo un esercizio ad alta sollecitazione muscolare ad un esercizio di recupero attivo.

Iniziamo con un breve riscaldamento poi passiamo al circuito composto da 3 giri a tempi crescenti:

GIRO 1: 30:15
GIRO 2: 30:10
GIRO 3: 40:15

Terminiamo il workout con un breve defaticamento e un blocco di streching.

Questo workout ha un elevata sollecitazione muscolare, la precisione nell’esecuzione degli esercizi è fondamentale, così come è fondamentale avere un ottimo livello di allenamento per praticare questo allenamento.
