Workout di livello avanzato intenso e impegnativo, tutto senza salti.

Questa versione è composta da 3 giri a circuito total body con esercizi interval training a corpo libero.

I primi 2 giri saranno da 30 secondi di esercizio e 30 secondi di recupero, nel terzo giro manteniamo 30 secondi di esercizio e riduciamo il recupero a 20 secondi.

Al termine dei blocchi in interval training faremo un blocco mirato per le braccia con i pesetti e 2 blocchi per gli addominali a terra.

Il workout è completo di riscaldamento e defaticamento.
