Triplo Circuito PHA (Peripheral Heart Action) molto intenso in cui vengono alternatati esercizi della parte superiore e inferiore del corpo con pesetti.

Questa è la versione più impegnativa di questo allenamento.

Il workout è composto da esercizi singoli e combinati ad elevato stimolo muscolare, tempi di lavoro fino a 40 secondi e brevi recuperi tra ogni esercizio.

Allenamento efficace e completo per sollecitare il sistema cardiovascolare, tonificare la muscolatura e bruciare calorie in poco tempo.

Struttura allenamento:
Riscaldamento iniziale
Triplo Circuito (6 coppie di esercizi in successione a circuito)
Sessione di defaticamento

Terminiamo il workout con un breve defaticamento e un blocco di streching.
