Questa sessione è composta da una prima fase in piedi, poi la parte principale dell’allenamento sarà svolta sul tappetino.

Iniziamo con un blocco di riscaldamento e mobilizzazione total body per poi concentrarci su gambe, glutei e core con esercizi in piedi.

Terminato il blocco in piedi, scendiamo a terra e facciamo una breve fase di mobilizzazione per poi concentrarci principalmente su core, schiena e braccia.

Concludiamo la sessione di allenamento con un blocco di streching.
