Allenamento total body con esercizi di pilates leggermente sbilanciato sulla tonificazione dei glutei.

La sessione di allenamento si svolge principalmente con esercizi a terra sul tappetino ma già iniziamo ad attivare la parte centrale e inferiore del corpo con esercizi in piedi subito dopo il riscaldamento.

Nella sessione a terra lavoriamo su tutto il corpo concentrando maggiormente il lavoro sui glutei.

Iniziamo con una breve fase di mobilizzazione e riscaldamento e terminiamo la sessione con dello stretching mirato sulle zone più sollecitate durante l’allenamento.
