Faremo 3 giri di circuito a media intensità con esercizi a basso stimolo muscolare, un ottimo workout da alternare ad allenamenti più intensi per migliorare il bilancio calorico settimanale.

Il workout ha poche fasi di recupero per aiutarci a mantenere un intensità di lavoro costante.

Iniziamo con un breve riscaldamento poi passiamo ai 3 giri di circuito e concludiamo con un breve defaticamento.

Possiamo eseguire questo workout come unica sessione o aggiungere un breve blocco con focus su una singola zona del corpo dopo averlo terminato.
