Faremo 2 giri di circuito per bruciare calorie e allenare la capacità cardiovascolare.
Primo blocco con 30 secondi di esercizio ad alta intensità seguiti da 20 secondi di esercizi a bassa intensità.
Nel secondo blocco diminuiamo i tempi di lavoro a bassa intensità a soli 10 secondi.
