Circuito PHA (Peripheral Heart Action) in cui vengono alternatati esercizi di tonificazione per la parte superiore e inferiore del corpo in combinazione con blocchi di esercizi ad alta sollecitazione cardiovascolare.

Il protocollo PHA sfrutta una sollecitazione alternata di gruppi muscolari distanti fra loro (parte superiore e parte inferiore), è un workout ideale per migliorare la resistenza, tonificare la muscolatura, migliorare la capacità cardiovascolare e contrastare la cellulite.

In tutto il workout alterniamo 2 minuti di esercizi ad alta sollecitazione cardiovascolare e 3 minuti di lavoro di tonificazione con tecnica PHA.

30 minuti di allenamento efficace per migliorare la resistenza cardiovascolare, tonificare la muscolatura e bruciare calorie in poco tempo.
