Allenamento veloce e impegnativo per allenare tutto il corpo a circuito , perfetto per quando abbiamo poco tempo da dedicare all’allenamento.

Iniziamo con un breve riscaldamento poi passiamo subito a due giri di circuito divisi in 2 blocchi.

Blocco 1: Cardio e Gambe

Nel primo blocco alterniamo esercizi cardiovascolari con varianti di squat per concentrarci sulla parte inferiore del corpo.

Blocco 2: Braccia, Core e Glutei

Nel secondo blocco scendiamo a terra lavoriamo con varianti di plank ed esercizi mirati per i glutei.

Il workout termina con un breve blocco di stretching.
