Workout total body veloce con 2 giri di circuito per tonificare il corpo, iniziamo con un breve riscaldamento poi passiamo a 2 giri di circuito alternando 30 secondi di esercizio muscolare a 30 secondi di esercizio di recupero attivo.

Questa sessione di allenamento può essere utilizzata come singola sessione o in combinazione ad altri blocchi mirati se vogliamo aumentare il lavoro su una singola zona del corpo.

Un altra opzione è combinare questo blocco con un blocco cardio se il nostro obiettivo è aumentare il consumo calorico.
