Esercizi A Casa Per Dimagrire Le Braccia: Cardio e Pesetti!



Allenamento completo per tonificare braccia, spalle e petto con esercizi mirati ed esercizi cardio migliorare il bilancio calorico.

Questa è la versione più impegnativa di questo workout, se tra i nostri obiettivi c’è quello di dimagrire le braccia è importante sia lavorare sul consumo energetico, sia sulla tonificazione dei muscoli delle braccia.
Aumentando il consumo energetico riusciremo più facilmente a ridurre il grasso corporeo, gli esercizi con i pesetti invece ci aiuteranno a mantenere muscoli forti e tonici.

Nella prima parte del workout alterniamo un esercizi di tonificazione in piedi per bicipiti, tricipiti e spalle ad un esercizio cardiovascolare.

Nella seconda parte del workout alterniamo un esercizio di tonificazione per la parte superiore del corpo sul tappetino ad esercizi cardio.

I tempi di lavoro nel primo blocco sono da 20 secondi e aumentano a 30 secondi nella sessione di tonificazione braccia e spalle a terra.

Il workout comprende riscaldamento e piccolo defaticamento finale.
