Il protocollo PHA sfrutta una sollecitazione alternata di gruppi muscolari distanti fra loro (parte superiore e parte inferiore), è un workout ideale per migliorare la resistenza, tonificare, migliorare la capacità cardiovascolare e contrastare la cellulite.
