Sessione veloce per addominali e core stability, un ottimo blocco da inserire come ultima parte dell’allenamento quando vogliamo aumentare il lavoro su addominali e core.

La sequenza contiene esercizi di base, è ottima per chi ha iniziato ad allenarsi da poco.

Gli esercizi sono di 20 secondi con 10 secondi di recupero, alterniamo un esercizi mirato per l’addome ad una variante di plank, ripetiamo questa alternanza per 3 volte in un circuito di 2 giri.

Questa mini sessione è completa di riscaldamento e di un piccolo defaticamento.
