Allenamento completo per tonificare spalle e braccia con esercizi mirati ed esercizi cardio.
Nel primo blocco alterniamo un esercizio di tonificazione in piedi per bicipiti, petto e spalle ad un esercizio cardiovascolare di facile esecuzione.
Nel secondo blocco ripetiamo lo stesso lavoro di tonificazione e cardio a bassa intensità alternando un esercizio di tonificazione per la parte superiore sul tappetino ed esercizi cardio in piedi.
I tempi di lavoro nel primo blocco sono da 20 secondi e aumentano a 30 secondi nella sessione di tonificazione braccia e spalle a terra.
Il workout comprende riscaldamento e piccolo defaticamento finale.
