Blocco dinamico da inserire all’interno della nostra sessione di allenamento per aumentare il lavoro su addominali e parte superiore del corpo.

I tempi degli esercizi sono di 30 secondi con un recupero post esercizio di 10 secondi.

Iniziamo a lavorare sulle braccia con i pesetti, poi passiamo ad una fase centrale per addominali e core stability e terminiamo il workout con esercizi per la parte superiore del corpo.

Alcuni consigli per l’inserimento di questo blocco:
dopo un workout cardio
dopo un workout total body
dopo un workout gambe e glutei

Questa sessione contiene un riscaldamento per la parte centrale e superiore del corpo, e una breve fase di stretching.
