Ginnastica Dolce, Mobilizzaione e Stretching.
Allenamento con esercizi di facile esecuzione per migliorare flessibilità e rilassare il corpo.

Svolgeremo il workout principalmente in piedi, durante la sessione faremo anche esercizi a stimolo muscolare medio/basso per migliorare la tonicità muscolare senza eccessive sollecitazioni.

Iniziamo la sessione con una fase di riscaldamento e mobilizzazione per la parte superiore e centrale del corpo, poi, nel secondo blocco ci concentriamo sulla parte inferiore.
Nell’ultimo blocco scendiamo a terra e concludiamo con una breve fase di stretching.
