Un ottima sessione da inserire dopo un’allenamento dove abbiamo sollecitato la muscolatura della parte inferiore del corpo con esercizi dinamici e/o ad alta sollecitazione muscolare.

Lo stretching può essere svolto anche in un momento diverso da quello dell’allenamento, è preferibile praticarlo nella seconda parte della giornata, il corpo è più flessibile e l’allenamento sarà più agevole.
