Allenamento veloce di livello base, ottimo per tonificare la parte inferiore in poco tempo.

Il workout è diviso in 3 parti, nella prima parte faremo esercizi per tonificare gambe e glutei in piedi, poi passiamo ad un blocco di tonificazione a terra e nell’ultimo blocco ci concentriamo su lavoro mirato della zona addominale con varianti crunch.

Gli esercizi sono di facile esecuzione, i tempi sono bassi e sono presenti fasi di recupero costanti per tutto il workout.

Terminiamo il workout con un breve blocco di stretching.
