Allenamento rapido di livello base plus, ottimo per chi utilizza già da tempo il livello base.

Il workout è diviso in 3 parti, nella prima parte, dopo il riscaldamento lavoriamo sulla tonificazione di gambe e glutei con esercizi in piedi, poi passiamo ad un breve blocco cardiovascolare e nell’ultimo blocco scendiamo a terra per un lavoro più mirato su glutei e core.
Terminiamo il workout con un breve blocco di stretching.
