Esercizi GAG: Workout Tonificazione Per Gambe Addominali e Glutei



Allenamento di livello base plus, con esercizi a corpo libero e ed esercizi mirati ottimo per migliorare la tonicità di gambe, addominali e glutei in meno di 30 minuti.

Di questo workout abbiamo creato 3 versioni, questa è la versione intermedia.

Il workout è diviso in 5 parti, nei primi due blocchi faremo esercizi per tonificare gambe e glutei in piedi, poi passiamo a due blocchi di tonificazione a terra e nell’ultimo blocco ci concentriamo su lavoro mirato della zona addominale con varianti crunch.

Gli esercizi sono di facile esecuzione, i tempi sono bassi e sono presenti fasi di recupero costanti per tutto il workout.

Terminiamo il workout con un breve blocco di stretching.

Questa sessione è ideale per chi già si allena da tempo con il livello base.
