Anche se è di livello intermedio plus e abbastanza impegnativo, questa è la versione meno impegnativa di questa serie di workout, composta da altri 2 allenamenti, uno di livello avanzato e uno della serie resistance!

Le cavigliere sono opzionali e vanno utilizzate solamente negli esercizi a terra.
Il peso consigliato per le cavigliere è di 1-3kg in base al proprio livello.
