Alterniamo blocchi in piedi e blocchi a terra sul tappetino dove andiamo a lavorare in modo più isolato sulla muscolatura.

Le cavigliere sono opzionali, è importante utilizzarle con un peso adeguato al nostro livello.

Importante: utilizzate le cavigliere SOLO negli esercizi dove sono utilizzate a video.
