In questo workout veloce combiniamo esercizi mirati a terra per i glutei ed esercizi cardiovascolari in piedi senza salti.

La struttura dell’allenamento ci permette di avere un buon stimolo cardiovascolare per alzare l’intensità del lavoro mirato con gli esercizi per gambe e glutei.

In questo workout utilizziamo le cavigliere, ci permetteranno di aumentarne l’efficacia, tuttavia è possibile eseguire l’allenamento anche a corpo libero.

Il peso delle cavigliere è personale, consigliamo di iniziare con 1kg e man mano che rinforziamo le gambe potremo salire con un peso più alto.

Iniziamo l’allenamento con un breve riscaldamento, poi nel primo blocco in piedi lavoriamo con cardio ed esercizi per gambe e glutei.

Continuiamo con un blocco di esercizi mirati a terra per gambe e glutei che può essere svolto con o senza cavigliere.

Concludiamo il workout con una brese sessione di stretching.
