Allenamento impegnativo e super dinamico a media intensità costante!

Un workout perfetto per migliorare il bilancio calorico settimanale con tempi crescenti ed esercizi a basso stimolo muscolare.

3 giri di circuito a media intensità con esercizi a limitato stimolo muscolare, un cardio completo e divertente che metterà alla prova la tua resistenza.

Pochi recuperi e tempi crescenti ci permetteranno di fare una sessione di allenamento molto efficace.

Iniziamo con un breve riscaldamento, continuiamo con 3 giri di circuito e concludiamo con un breve defaticamento.
