Il circuito è composto da esercizi di tonificazione in piedi, varianti di salto della corda e varianti plank.

Struttura allenamento:
Sessione di riscaldamento
Circuito Interval 1 (30s esercizi di tonificazione e 20s salto della corda)
Circuito Interval 2 (30s esercizi di tonificazione e 30s salto della corda)

Sessione di defaticamento

La corda è opzionale, sono presenti solo esercizi di base che possono essere simulati a corpo libero.
