Allenamento completo per principianti con focus sulla parte superiore del corpo.

Questa versione è di livello base plus, rispetto alla versione base viene aggiunto un blocco di esercizi con i pesetti, aumenterà quindi il lavoro muscolare sulla parte superiore del corpo.

Iniziamo il workout con un primo blocco composto da esercizi cardiovascolari per riscaldarci ed aumentare l’intensità.

Il primo blocco con i pesetti è misto, faremo esercizi a corpo libero ed esercizi con pesetti per non sovraccaricare eccessivamente il corpo.

Nel secondo blocco con i pesetti ci concentriamo solo sulla tonificazione della parte superiore del corpo con 20 secondi di esercizio e 10 secondi di pausa.

3. Braccia e spalle con pesetti + Cardio
