25 minuti di lavoro mirato della parte inferiore con 3 giri di circuito a difficoltà crescente.

Nel workout sono presenti presenti esercizi singoli e combinati ad alta sollecitazione muscolare di gambe e glutei.

Tempi di lavoro: 20s di esercizio impegnativo, 20s cardio e tonificazione a media intensità, 10s cardio leggero.
