Esercizi Per Snellire e Rassodare Le Braccia Con Cardio e Pesetti



Mini sessione di tonificazione delle braccia con pesetti e cardio a corpo libero.

Il workout è composto da 2 blocchi di lavoro, nel primo blocco alterniamo esercizi in piedi per rassodare braccia spalle con pesetti ad esercizi cardio di facile esecuzione poi passiamo a terra dove alterniamo un esercizio di tonificazione braccia, petto e spalle con pesetti ad un esercizio in piedi per aumentare il consumo calorico generale.

Gli esercizi proposti sono di facile esecuzione, utilizziamo bassi tempi di lavoro (20 secondi ad esercizio), ed è sempre presente un piccolo recupero da 10 o 20 secondi tra gli esercizi.

Per tonificare le braccia è importante scegliere il giusto peso che permetta di eseguire correttamente tutti gli esercizi.

In questo workout l’attenzione deve essere posta maggiormente sull’esecuzione degli esercizi per le braccia piuttosto che sulla velocità, imparando ad eseguire gli esercizi correttamente si potrà più facilmente migliorare le proprie performance.

La difficoltà dell’allenamento è determinata dalla combinazione degli esercizi e dal peso utilizzato, consigliamo di utilizzare un peso basso ed alzarlo gradualmente nelle sessioni successive.
