In questa sessione ci concentriamo sul miglioramento di flessibilità, controllo del movimento e sulla tonificazione muscolare.
Iniziamo il workout con esercizi di riscaldamento e mobilizzazione concentrati principalmente sulla zona centrale del corpo, continuiamo il workout con 2 blocchi di lavoro (uno in piedi e uno a terra), e terminiamo l’allenamento con una breve fase di stretching.
