23 minuti di lavoro con esercizi per gambe, glutei, core e schiena. Gli esercizi di pilates presenti nell’allenamento ci permettono un lavoro efficace della muscolatura profonda.
Migliorare controllo e stabilità mantenendo un corpo atletico e flessibile è lo scopo di questa tipologia di workout.
Iniziamo con una prima fase di riscaldamento e mobilizzazione in piedi, poi ci concentriamo sul lavoro per gambe e glutei.
Nel secondo blocco di allenamento scendiamo sul tappetino e ci concentriamo su glutei, addome e schiena.
Terminiamo la sessione di allenamento con una breve fase di stretching.
