23 minuti di lavoro con esercizi per gambe, glutei, core e schiena. Gli esercizi di pilates presenti nell’allenamento ci permettono un lavoro efficace della muscolatura profonda.

Migliorare controllo e stabilità mantenendo un corpo atletico e flessibile è lo scopo di questa tipologia di workout.
Iniziamo con una prima fase di riscaldamento e mobilizzazione in piedi, poi ci concentriamo sul lavoro per gambe e glutei.
Nel secondo blocco di allenamento scendiamo sul tappetino e ci concentriamo su glutei, addome e schiena.
Terminiamo la sessione di allenamento con una breve fase di stretching.

Questa sessione di allenamento può essere svolta come unica sessione della giornata oppure inserita al termine di altri blocchi di allenamento se vogliamo intensificare il lavoro sulle zone stimolate da questo workout.
