Lavoreremo principalmente con esercizi a terra sul tappetino ma già iniziamo ad attivare la parte centrale e inferiore del corpo con esercizi in piedi subito dopo il riscaldamento.
Nella sessione a terra ci concentriamo maggiormente su core e glutei.
Il workout inizia con con una fase di mobilizzazione e riscaldamento e terminiamo la sessione con dello stretching mirato sulle zone dove abbiamo lavorato maggiormente durante il workout.
