33 minuti di allenamento total body con esercizi di pilates per tonificare il corpo, rinforzare la muscolatura e migliorare la flessibilità.

Iniziamo con un primo blocco di mobilizzazione e riscaldamento, proseguiamo con una breve fase in piedi e poi scendiamo a terra sul tappetino per il cuore dell’allenamento.
Terminiamo il workout con una sessione di stretching.

Respirazione, corretta esecuzione degli esercizi e concentrazione sono la chiave per praticare con successo questa tipologia di allenamento.
