Nel workout utilizziamo le cavigliere ma è possibile eseguire gli stessi esercizi a corpo libero.

L’allenamento è composto da 3 blocchi:

1. Tonificazione Con Esercizi In Piedi (2 blocchi)
2. Esercizi Mirati Gambe e Glutei A Terra (2 blocchi)
3. Esercizi Mirati Per Gli Addominali (1 blocco)

Iniziamo il workout con un breve riscaldamento e terminiamo con un breve defaticamento.
