I blocchi mirati per i glutei sono 2 composti da esercizi singoli e combinati.

Le cavigliere sono opzionali, se vogliamo glutei sodi e tonici sono un ottimo strumento quando si lavora a corpo libero ma assicuriamoci di avere un ottima esecuzione degli esercizi prima di utilizzarle e non esageriamo con il peso.

Importante: utilizzate le cavigliere SOLO negli esercizi dove sono utilizzate a video.
