Sessione completa e impegnativa per tutto il corpo con un primo blocco in piedi e un secondo blocco a terra sul tappetino.
Iniziamo con un blocco di riscaldamento e mobilizzazione total body per poi concentrarci su gambe, glutei e tronco con esercizi in piedi da eseguire con grande controllo e concentrazione.
Terminato il blocco in piedi, scendiamo a terra e facciamo una breve fase di mobilizzazione per poi concentrarci principalmente su core, schiena e braccia.
Concludiamo la sessione di allenamento con un blocco di streching.
