Allenamento veloce e dinamico con esercizi a bassa intensità per migliorare la tonicità muscolare.

Faremo una prima sessione total body con tempi bassi ed esercizi dinamici in piedi, plank e push up facilitato poi passiamo ad una mini sessione più impegnativa dove aumentiamo i tempi di lavoro a 30 secondi.

Questo workout è ottimo per chi vuole passare al livello intermedio in modo graduale.

Il workout è comprensivo di riscaldamento e defaticamento/stretching.
