Sessione completa di ginnastica dolce con esercizi di stretching ed esercizi di mobilizzazione articolare a basso stimolo muscolare che ci permette di migliorare flessibilità, mobilità e lo stato generale di benessere fisico.
Gli esercizi proposti sono per tutto il corpo, da svolgere in lento movimento.
In questa sessione alterniamo un primo blocco in piedi con un blocco a terra dove ci concentriamo sulla mobilizzazione e sull’allungamento muscolare della zona centrale e inferiore del corpo, infine torniamo in piedi per eseguire esercizi per la parte centrale e superiore del corpo.
Durante tutta la sessione di allenamento combiniamo esercizi di mobilizzazione, stretching attivo e passivo.
Per eseguire correttamente gli esercizi ricordiamo di utilizzare una corretta respirazione ed eseguire i movimenti lentamente raggiungendo il proprio limite senza forzare sulle singole pozioni.
