Esercizi Cardio a intensità crescente!
Faremo un circuito di 2 giri con esercizi a intensità crescente, iniziamo il workout con un breve riscaldamento poi passiamo al circuito.
Ogni giro è composto da 2 blocchi di cardio a bassa intensità che crescerà nel terzo e nel quarto blocco.
Al termine del quarto blocco iniziamo il secondo giro ripetendo la sequenza.
Il workout è completo di riscaldamento e defaticamento.
