Allenamento di tonificazione intenso e dinamico per allenare braccia e parte superiore del corpo con i pesetti e migliorare la core stability con varianti di plank e varianti di crunch!

Il workout è composto da 3 blocchi a difficoltà crescente e alterna il lavoro sulla parte superiore del corpo al lavoro sulla zona centrale.

In questa versione di livello intermedio plus abbiamo 2 blocchi di lavoro:

1° Blocco: Bicipiti e Tricipiti + Abs & Core + Bicipiti, Tricipiti e Spalle
2° Blocco: Bicipiti e Tricipiti + Abs & Core
3° Blocco: Bicipiti e Tricipiti + Abs & Core

I tempi degli esercizi dei primi due blocchi sono di 30 secondi con un breve recupero di 10 secondi, nell’ultimo blocco avanzato saliamo a 40 secondi ad esercizio.

Il workout è completo di riscaldamento per la parte superiore del corpo e termina con dello stretching per tronco, braccia e spalle.
