Attenzione: Questo workout richiede un buon livello di allenamento, l’intensità e l’impegno muscolare richiesto sono molto elevati.

Il protocollo tabata richiede la massima intensità nell’esecuzione degli esercizi, nel workout abbiamo utilizzato questa regola solo nell’ultimo blocco HIIT, seguite il vostro ritmo e mantenete sempre una precisa esecuzione degli esercizi, nel momento in cui l’esecuzione sarà compromessa dalla velocità o dallo sforzo sarà importante rallentare e concentrarsi maggiormente sulla qualità di esecuzione dell’esercizio.

Sure there are few patients that did 5 years of Pilates or yoga and reduced their scoliosis by 5 or 10 degrees, usually adults, but this does not provide evidence that Pilates or yoga permanently reduces scoliosis.
