Allenamento Total Body con focus gambe, glutei e core impegnativo e ad alta sollecitazione muscolare.

Consigliamo di svolgere questo workout solo se si è ben allenati e si è in grado di eseguire gli esercizi presenti nel video con precisione.

La sessione di allenamento inizia con una prima fase di riscaldamento e mobilizzazione total body, poi passiamo ad esercizi con focus principale su gambe e glutei.
Nel secondo blocco di allenamento scendiamo a terra per il lavoro total body mantenendo sempre un focus leggermente più elevato su gambe e glutei.

Al termine del workout concludiamo la sessione con una breve fase di stretching.
