Allenamento total body impegnativo e dinamico dove combiniamo più tecniche di allenamento per un risultato allenante molto elevato.

Difficoltà elevata con alti tempi di lavoro (30:20 e 40:20) + Sessione in Interval Cardio Senza Recupero.

Nell’ultima parte del workout scendiamo a terra e passiamo ad una sessione mirata per glutei e core stability.

L’allenamento è completo di riscaldamento e breve stretching finale.

Ricordiamo che gli allenamenti ad alta intensità richiedono un’ottima precisione nell’esecuzione degli esercizi e una buona preparazione in termini di resistenza.
