Allenamento cardio brucia grassi a circuito ad intensità medio bassa

Il workout è composto da 3 giri di circuito ad intensità medio bassa con esercizi a basso stimolo muscolare, una sessione perfetta per allenare il nostro sistema cardiovascolare.

Il workout ha solo brevi recuperi, ci permetterà di mantenere uno stimolo cardiovascolare abbastanza costante per tutta la sua durata.

Iniziamo con un breve riscaldamento, continuiamo con 3 giri di circuito e concludiamo con un breve defaticamento.

Struttura workout:

1. Riscaldamento
2. 1° Giro Circuito (2 blocchi a tempi crescenti)
3. 2° Giro Circuito (2 blocchi a tempi crescenti)
4. 3° Giro Circuito (1 blocco a tempi costanti)
5. Defa & Stretch

Questo workout è consigliato come unica sessione di allenamento.
